Amy Hocknull – Director
Amy is responsible for the day to day running of the company. She has a pivotal role in the continual improvement of our quality and health and safety systems and procedures, ensuring that they are applied and maintained.
Motor enthusiast Amy revs production up a gear an ensures work flow runs smoothly at full throttle.
Richard Hocknull – Director
Richard is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations with regards to customer service, delivery and quality. He also enjoys assisting our customers on any of their bespoke and design manufacturing work.
Richard loves to participate in a quiz and his knowledge of the scaffolding industry is on point.
Ashleigh Grainger – General Manager
Starting as Transport Manager in 2015, Ash now operates as our General Manager at Trademagic and plays an important role in ensuring that our products are loaded and delivered promptly and on time to our customers. He also has a key role in managing our yard, inward and outbound deliveries and stock control as well as being a key member of the sales team.
A dashing high-flyer overseeing the sales team is music to every business’s ears. Though his odd hobby of flute playing isn’t.
Paris Barnard – QEHS Officer
Paris joined us in 2017 as an Office Apprentice and has since progressed in her role, passing her apprenticeship and becoming an integral part of the team in the process. She now assists with the day to day running of the company as well as the transport and outside processing. Paris has also branched in to learning about the ISO certifications and picking up a broader role in our health and safety and quality, and she now assists with audits and ensuring internal procedures are managed and implemented successfully and effectively.
Fitness fan Paris is either exercising her safety knowledge or a full 90 minute match on the weekend.
Leanne Grainger – Accounts/Finance
Leanne started in reception in mid-2021 following our premises move. She is therefore able to provide a fresh face for visitors in to our offices; answer incoming calls; provide vital admin services and also have a good background knowledge of our products and relationships with our staff. Leanne has since developed into a key member of the office in assisting with the accounting/financial side of the business.
Leanne is an adept shotgun shooter. She draws a mean bullet. Her accounts prep is definitely on target.
Ellie Meakin – Office Administrator
Ellie started with us in early 2024 and has quickly become an important part of the team, developing her role in office administration and skills in customer service. She is now able to assist with most enquiries and also has a key role in our purchasing requisitions alongside the directors.
Amateur photographer Ellie has an eye for capturing and organising office information.
George Cross – Office Administrator (Apprentice)
George commenced with us in Q2, 2024 on his apprenticeship and is continually gaining further knowledge and experience is the day-to-day running of the business. Within his role, he plays an integral part in our social media activities and CAD designs, whilst supporting his office colleagues with their duties.
Football fan who scored an early goal starting his career at Trademagic.
